AI Product Catalog Pipeline for Drop-ship E-commerce

Built an end-to-end AI pipeline that turns raw product photos into live, SEO-ready Shopify listings with a human-in-the-loop approval gate. Client had access to a manufacturer catalog in China and needed to scale listing creation without hiring a content team.

  • Operator uploads product photos into a single intake location.
  • Pipeline sends images to the OpenAI API for vision analysis, returning structured JSON.
  • Google Apps Script writes generated content — title, description, SEO terms, tags, color, price — into a review sheet.
  • Reviewer ticks an approval checkbox on rows they accept.
  • Approved rows auto-populate to Shopify as live products.

Onboarding Platform across 6 Departments

Architected and shipped a Slack-native onboarding automation spanning HR, Credentialing, IT, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development. One intake form fans out to department-specific task lists, auto-provisions Google Workspace accounts, tracks per-task completion, and powers a live leadership dashboard.

  • 4.5 hours of cross-team coordination per hire → under 1 hour.
  • ~7 hours/week saved company-wide, ~28 hours/month.
  • Replaces 100+ emails, 12 Adobe Sign uploads, and recurring weekly status syncs per hire cycle.

Internal Operations Platform on Slack — 15+ Workflows

Beyond the onboarding pipeline, a library of Slack-native workflows that serve as the front door for internal operations across HR, Marketing, IT, Credentialing, Ops, and Business Development. Every request, intake, and cross-team handoff now has a consistent entry point, audit trail, and routing logic.

  • New Patient Intake — routes resident/patient data toward eClinicalWorks entry.
  • New Facility Onboarding — standardized flow for newly acquired assisted-living locations.
  • Approved Referral Routing — routes approved referrals to the correct community and marks them sent.

Catering Sales Pipeline for a Restaurant Group

Designed and built a unified sales pipeline for a restaurant that was losing catering leads across disconnected systems. Every inbound lead — phone, email, web form, calendar inquiry — lands in one pipeline with context, deadlines, and automated follow-up.

  • Seven systems integrated: Google Workspace (email, calendar, Drive), phone system, Monday.com, Square, and GoHighLevel.
  • Automatic routing, ownership assignment, and closed-loop confirmation back to the source channel.

Google Workspace Administration in a HIPAA Environment

Own Google Workspace administration as the sole IT operator: OU structure, Groups architecture, email routing, DLP, access control, vendor BAA review, and user lifecycle. Security posture is built around actual data flows — I audit how teams use Drive and Gmail, then layer targeted DLP where PHI and PII actually move, and pair every guardrail with documentation so employees aren't motivated to work around it.

Working with AI

LLMs are infrastructure, not novelty.

Claude and ChatGPT are part of my default stack. I use them for scripting, debugging, and summarizing tickets — and increasingly as the reasoning layer inside automation itself. The Shopify pipeline above treats the OpenAI API as infrastructure behind a structured-output contract and a human approval gate. That's how I think production AI systems should be built: deterministic downstream, human checkpoints where the cost of a mistake matters, and no prompts on a hope.
